The first Serbian generation of Administrators for computer simulation program: Management Economics Simulation Exercise (MESE) - succesfully completed seminar specialy desiged for them in Kikinda from January 14-16, 2005.- MESE represents a convenient computer simulation for business related decision-making - hence, it has been included in educational process, and moreover, it has become an inseparable subject of students' Internet based group competitions organized both at the international and national levels. During the last academic year, the first national competition in performing MESE simulation was organized from April to June 2004., and subsequently, the secondary school students from Serbia have already with marked results taken part in both European and worldwide competitions. That promising practice has been continued during the current academic year, too. Hence, in less than a two year period, the MESE has become a very popular and widely accepted competition, and during the ensuing spring time, another round of both national and international competitions is about to start.

The Kikinda seminar was organized in the premises of the Kikinda local secondary school for economy and commerce. It was attended by 11 secondary school teachers-participants from various parts of Serbia. They have successfully finished the seminar, obtained Certificates of MESE Administrators and knowledge to organize and run the MESE competitions in their schools and local communities.

The opening session of the Seminar was attended by senior officials of the town of Kikinda municipality (including the Deputy Mayor Mr. Blagoje Krajinovic), and on behalf of the JAS Program there were its Executive director Mr. Zvonko Brnjas, and Vladimir Vlasic the JAS Adviser. Official opening of the Seminar was rendered by Mrs. Ilinka Djuran, the Director of the Secondary School for Economy and Commerce with her warmly welcoming speech, while the training procedures were skillfully and competently performed by Vladimir Vlasic, the JAS adviser for overall program development and the MESE program Administrator.
