National MESE contest

Welcome to the official site of the National MESE contest in Serbia! Year of 2004 is the first year when such a contest is organized in Serbia. Serbian contest was thought out and organized after the international contest which has been organized throughout past years.
First National contest in bringing business decisions through Internet (MESE Nationale 2004) was opened on March 22 and will end in June 2004. Number of registered teams have exceeded the expected so instead of 100 teams initially planned, 217 teams from throughout Serbia will participate. Teams compete within 37 markets, including 430 students. Such a large number of participants places MESE Nationale among biggest contest for high school students in Serbia.
First round has started on March 22. Each group encompassed 5 to 6 teams. After 7th period, three best ranked teams (teams with best MPI) from each group will advance to 2nd round. In case two teams have same MPI, better will be ranked the team with a greater Profit.
There will be 112 teams in the second round which will be divided into 14 groups with 8 teams on the market. Two best teams from each group will advance into the semi finals.
